ALINA Residences Boca Raton Celebrates Completion

-

Nestled between Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, the city of Boca Raton welcomes the recent completion of ALINA Residences Boca Raton, the artfully designed, nine-story, luxury 121-resident property is in the heart of downtown. The milestone comes just as the project achieves over 70 percent sold, with a selection of move-in ready residences still available.

ALINA Residences is developed by Florida-based El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company, designed by architect Peter Stromberg of Garcia Stromberg/ GS4 Studios and brought to life by Moss Construction. A departure from Boca Raton’s robust SpanishMediterranean architecture, Alina Residences is a beacon of modern living.

Neighboring the beautiful Boca Raton Resort and Club golf course, ALINA basks in the radiating warmth of a tropical landscape. Its architecture ripples and flows over nearly nine acres of lush gardens, terraces and canopies illuminated in endless shades of green. Discover a sanctuary where resort-style amenities, inspired interior design and expressive architecture create an unmatched lifestyle at the center of downtown Boca Raton.

When arriving home, residents are greeted by the cheerful valet staff when they whisk away their car into the shade of the garage. As you walk into the lobby “Hello” and “Welcome Home” are the first sounds that you hear from the Front Desk staff and Guest concierge. The natural wood sculpture surrounding the front desk and mail room pairs with the ALINA’s Inspiration painting by Florida architect Peter Stromberg.

Strolling through the lobby to the elevators and there is one last piece of art not to be missed. A moss wall designed and crafted by award-winning Plant the Future. The preserved moss is hand-crafted to model the islands in the Everglades with the white space in between to mimic water. In entirety, the beautiful design gives the feeling of viewing Florida’s national park from the air.

Wellness is at the focal point of ALINA’s modern boutique amenities. Residents have access to a stateof-the-art fitness center with twostory floor to ceiling windows that features a private yoga room and adjacent outdoor meditation garden. Most impressively is his/her spa with a salt room, steam room, sauna, private treatment rooms and indoor and outdoor relaxation rooms. For entertaining, residents have an expansive clubroom that features a catering kitchen and private dining area with indoor and outdoor terraces.

Stepping outside ALINA is a playground for Floridians who want to take advantage of the beautiful weather all-year with over 32,000 square-feet of private outdoor amenity space. The stunning oasis water garden on the second floor provides shaded cabana’s lined with Majestic Palms and cascading water pools and fountains. Within the outdoor oasis are large outdoor kitchens and firepit surrounded by seating. A rooftop pool with ocean views is complete with cabanas, tops off the extensive outdoor amenities for residents and their guests.

Within the private residences, ALINA features light-filled rooms, soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to expansive terraces and spectacular views. Designer Scavolini kitchens with high-performance appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms with rain showers and soaking tubs, and elegant organic craftsmanship throughout invite residents to indulge in the beauty of being home.

“One of the many highlights for me in this project is finally being able to see our residents living and building their home here at ALINA,” said Noam Ziv, Executive Director of Development at El-Ad National Properties. “Beyond creating a home, we aimed to create a new and refreshed lifestyle for Boca; from residents staying active in the artfully designed gym or meditation garden to walking Downtown to dine or shop.”
