Signature Dishes and music excellence at Nov. 6 ‘Fifty Tables Under the Stars’
OnNov. 6, Lynn University and The Shops of Boca Center will come together for the second annual “Fifty Tables Under the Stars” event.
The event features a three-course prix fixe menu from the center’s signature restaurants as well as students from the LynnUniversity Conservatory of Music’s ensembles Potomac Brass, The Knights and DamesWind Quintet and the Sensible String Quartet, who will perform for diners in The Shops of Boca Center’s newly designed courtyard. Aportion of the proceeds will benefit Conservatory of Music students.
“The talented musicians and extraordinary faculty at Lynn represent the future of the performing arts, and the generosity of the Boca Center to host the ’Fifty Tables Under the Stars’ event helps pave the road to their artistic success,” said Jon Robertson, dean of the Lynn University Conservatory of Music.
Participating restaurants include: Rocco’s Tacos, Uncle Tai’s, BRIO Tuscan Grille and Morton’s Steakhouse.
The night begins with a champagne toast in the outdoor Atlas Reception lounge followed by a brass fanfare ushering diners to their seats at the selected restaurants. Menu items will range from a Morton’s filet mignon to jumbo shrimp and sugar snap peas in white wine sauce fromUncle Tai’s. Brio’s menu includes grilled yellow fish tuna fresca with farro, spinach and a tomato Vinaigrette; Rocco’s Tacos is serving lobster molcajete paired with El Mayor Resposado Cadillac margaritas. Prices range from $95-$155 per person with portion of proceeds donated to LynnUniversity’s Conservatory of Music.

The event takes place Nov. 6 from 5:30 - 9 p.m. (rain date is Nov. 7). The Courtyard at the Shops of Boca Raton is located on Military Trail in Boca Raton one mile north of Palmetto Park Road.
