A North Carolina woman, who is accused of picking up a man at a bar and then robbing him after he fell asleep at his home, was caught after leaving her personal identification behind, Hollywood police said.

Brittany Nicole Hubbard, 27, met the man at the Blue Martini in Fort Lauderdale about 12:48 a.m. on Oct. 1 and had a few drinks. His friend dropped them off at the man’s home in the 2500 block of Monroe Street in Hollywood, according to the arrest report filed in the case.

The man told police the woman named “Olivia” had been giving him a massage in the bedroom while they continued drinking until about 1:30 a.m. He remembered that one of the drinks he had tasted funny. She left the bedroom and he fell asleep, the report stated.

He awoke about 6:30 a.m. to find the woman gone and an estimated $5,280 worth of cash and property missing, detectives said.

Among the missing items were a $4,000 Breitling Crosswind Racing Watch, a $600 Microsoft Surface tablet, a $500 Samsung Note cellphone and $180 in cash, police said.

The friend who dropped off the man and “Olivia” at the Monroe Street address later called the man to say he found Hubbard’s North Carolina driver’s license and a debit card in his car, police said.

The man identified Hubbard from a photographic lineup, detectives said.

She was arrested April 17 in Iredell County, North Carolina, on a fugitive warrant, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office brought her back to Broward on Monday. She bonded out of jail Tuesday, court records showed.
