This week’s rankings remain relatively unchanged after most of the Sun Sentinel’s Top 10 for Palm Beach County held serve in Week 9. The top eight teams stay in place, with Oxbridge Academy headlining the rankings. Meanwhile, Wellington and Boca Raton re-enter the poll, while Lake Worth and Palm Beach Gardens drop out following last week’s losses. Below, each numeric rank is followed by the team’s previous place in the poll, followed by the school name and team record.

1. (1) OXBRIDGE ACADEMY (7-1)

After falling to IMG Academy, the ThunderWol­ves responded with a 58-7 win over Miami American. Oxbridge will look to take home its second consecutiv­e district title this week. Next: at Cardinal Newman

2. (2) DWYER (7-0)

The Panthers clinched another district title last week after hammering West Boca, 48-7. While its schedule hasn’t been especially strenuous, Dwyer looks strong heading into the playoffs. Next: at Forest Hill

3. (3) PAHOKEE (8-0)

The Blue Devils edged Fort Meade 21-14 for their second straight district title. Pahokee is two wins from its first unbeaten regular season since 2007. Next: vs. DeWitt Taylor

4. (4) PARK VISTA (8-0)

With the district title locked up, the Cobras now aim for an undefeated season. Dating back to last season, Park Vista has won 13 consecutiv­e games — the county’s longest active win streak. Next: vs. Santaluces

5. (5) PALM BEACH LAKES (6-2)

The Rams are one win away from turning in a spectacula­r turnaround. Lakes, which finished 3-7 a year ago, can clinch a playoff berth with a win over Olympic Heights. Next: vs. Olympic Heights

6. (6) GLADES CENTRAL (6-2)

The red-hot Raiders have won four straight heading into the final week of district play. Glades Central will own the 7-4A title with a win over Clewiston this week. Next: at Clewiston

7. (7) ATLANTIC (6-2)

After a pair of early losses, the Eagles have turned it around with four consecutiv­e victories. Next: vs. Boca Raton

8. (8) BOYNTON BEACH (5-2)

Boynton Beach looks like a different team after a sluggish start to the year. The Tigers can take home the District 15-6A title with a win over Dillard. Next: vs. Dillard

9. (NR) WELLINGTON (4-4)

The Wolverines re-enter the rankings after topping Palm Beach Gardens 12-10 to win the district championsh­ip. Next: Bye

10. (NR) BOCA RATON (5-3)

The Bobcats picked up a victory over John I. Leonard last week to snap a three-game skid. Next: At Atlantic On the bubble: Cardinal Newman
