Chris “Birdman” Andersen’s Pinecrest home could be yours for $3.94 million.

With his time as a member of the Heat over, Chris “Birdman” Andersen is looking to move on from South Florida.

The former center, a fan favorite during his tenure from 2012-16, has placed his Pinecrest estate on the market after purchasing the house in 2013.

Andersen was seeking $4.55 million for the 7,629-square-foot home when it was originally listed April 7, but the price was recently reduced to $3.94 million.

Built in 1995, the mansion at 5826 SW 107th St. features five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and a tennis/ basketball court. Marble floors and 10-foot ceilings are featured inside the home, which also boasts a pool, gazebo, fireplace and an extensive security system.

Andersen oversaw a complete remodeling of the home and was heavily invested in the upgrades, according to Ashley M. Velez, president and founder of P.U.R.E Investments in Coral Gables. Velez is also serving as the listing agent.

The kitchen features beautiful dark wood cabinets, an island and copious storage space, including a temperature-controlled wine cabinet.

Guest quarters are upstairs in a separate wing of the home and have their own entrance.

The mansion comes with a two-car garage, but there is ample parking within the circular driveway to fit an additional 10 cars, according to Velez.

Property records show Andersen paid $1.89 million for the house in 2013.

Known for his mohawk, bright tattoos and equally colorful personality, Andersen quickly won over fans when he joined the Heat midway through the 2012-13 season. The 6-foot-10 veteran teamed up with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh that year to capture an NBA title.

Andersen appeared in 181 games over parts of four seasons with

Miami and averaged 5.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game. The Heat traded Andersen to the Memphis Grizzlies in February 2016 as part of a salary-cap move.

Andersen’s mansion isn’t the only celebrity home for sale in the exclusive Miami suburb. Retired NBA star Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway, who finished his playing career with the Heat in 2007, is also looking to sell his Pinecrest estate.

In addition, former power forward Lamar Odom, a standout with the Heat during the 2003-04 season, is seeking to unload his 8,557-square-foot estate in the same neighborhood. Pinecrest remains a popular destination for current Heat players. Guard Tyler Johnson resides in the area.
