Julio Iglesias selling four lots for $150M.

Superstar singer Julio Iglesias has listed four empty waterfront lots in Indian Creek for $150 million, making it one of the highest asking prices of any residential property in MiamiDade County.

Combined, the lots, which all face west, total approximately 320,000 square feet — or more than 7 acres. They offer about 800 feet of water frontage.

The Jills luxury real estate brokerage holds the listing for the four lots.

Iglesias purchased two of the lots — 5 and 6 Indian Creek Island Road — years ago and lived in a home there, said Jill Eber. MiamiDade property records do not show how much he paid.

Eber added that in the last few years, Iglesias acquired lot 7 which had a home that was eventually razed. Records show it was purchased for $14.8 million in 2012. Lot 4 — for which Iglesias paid $21.6 million in 2014 — was vacant land.

Iglesias, 73, will be keeping his home on the other side of the island. He intended to build homes for his family on the vacant lots, Eber said. But with his children settled elsewhere, he no longer needed the land.

“I’ve been spending only two months a year at my home in Indian Creek, but I do not have the time to build like I was thinking four years ago,” Iglesias told the Miami Herald. “My children are older and want to live in different parts of the world, so I have decided to sell these incredible lots.”

Located on a tiny island in Miami’s Biscayne Bay, Indian Creek is home to billionaires and A-listers. It has been dubbed “Billionaire Bunker” for its extensive security.

With only 40 residences, Indian Creek has a single entry and exit point. The village employs its own police force and a round-the-

clock armed boat patrol.

The members-only Indian Creek Golf Course encompasses the interior of the island.

Iglesias, who had a star placed on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1985, isn’t the only notable personality who calls Indian Creek home.

Car dealership mogul Norman Braman, former Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula, Sears CEO Edward Lampert and activist investor Carl Icahn are homeowners there. Beyoncé and Jay Z are former residents.

The Jills also handled the $47 million 2012 sale of an estate located at 3 Indian Creek Island Road, which is adjacent to Iglesias’ vacant lots. At the time, it was the most expensive home sale in the history of MiamiDade County.
