This Miami-based national chain, founded in 2004, has opened its 14th and 15th fast-casual locations in South Florida.

“With Nova University, the Miami Dolphins training facility and large number of new residential developments within just a few miles of our restaurant, there is a growing need for this type of concept that is designed around today’s fast-paced world,” Davie franchisee Gabriel Exposito said in a news release.

Globally inspired salad and grain bowls are also available as wraps. Best-sellers are the Mama Mia salad with Italian Chianti vinaigrette ($7.75, $9.25; wrap, $7.75) and My Big Fat Greek grain bowl with quinoa, arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, hummus and olive vinaigrette ($10.24; wrap, $9.74).

Patrons also can build their own from more than 60 ingredients, plus 30 dressings. Choices start with a base, such as romaine or quinoa, before moving to four toppings, a dressing and a variety of house-made croutons ($7.75, salad, wrap, grain bowl; $9.25, large salad).

The earth-toned décor incorporates warm wood, chalkboard menus, olivegreen and white walls and black metal chairs contrasting blond wood tables.

Lunch and dinner are served daily, except Sundays at the Fort Lauderdale location.
