Notice of Community Meeting and Public Hearings for Green Reuse Area Designation Pursuant to Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Act
Representatives for Atlantic Village 3, LLC, will hold a community meeting on September 27, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of affording interested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the potential designation of property located at 601 North Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, Folio No. 5142-22-35-0010, as a Green Reuse Area pursuant to Section 376.80(2)(c), Florida Statutes, of Florida’s Brownfield Redevelopment Act. The community meeting, to be held at the Hampton Inn, 1000 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, will also include a discussion of future development and rehabilitation activities planned for the site. Two public hearings, dates to be announced, will be held at Hallandale Beach City Commission Chambers, located at 400 South Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, for formal consideration of the designation request.
