Scott saved taxpayers big bucks using own plane

To suggest that there was something wrong with Gov. Rick Scott using his own plane while in office is ludicrous.

This saved the taxpayers of Florida more than $19 million during his eight years in office.

As far as Gov. Ron DeSantis is concerned, using a seized King Air airplane could be a permanent solution depending on the age and condition of the aircraft. If this does not meet the needs of the governor’s office, he should purchase or lease a new aircraft.

In a large, rich state such as ours, proper, safe transportation for the governor is essential, politics aside.
