Sunday will have a live jazz brunch with bottomless mimosas, Bellinis and Aperol spritzes as well as 50 percent off of all bottles of wine $99 and under starting at 3 p.m. It’s also “BYOBM” or build your own Bloody Mary.

“We’re going to be something that is going to be a little bit different, something that is new,” says general manager Anthony Ortiz.

“Every day is going to be a party. It’s South Florida. Everyone is looking for a reason to come out and enjoy, and we’re going to give them a reason to come out every single day.”

The newest entry in the downtown Fort Lauderdale business district’s dining scene is owned by Gennaro and Michele DiMeo and managed by Monte Restaurant Developmen­t Group, which runs about 12 restaurant­s, most of them in the Virginia/Maryland/ Washington D.C. area. Tuscan Prime is their first property in South Florida.
