Promotions include beer samples, Deadheads, yoga

What does beer sampling, Grateful Dead appreciati­on and yoga have in common? They are all at upcoming events at the BB&T Center before Florida Panthers’ games.

Starting March 14, the Florida Panthers will host Pucks & Pints Beerfest as they take on the New Jersey Devils. Guests can enjoy beer samples from Funky Buddha Brewery while they listen live music.

Patrons must be 21 and older to purchase tickets and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Florida

Panthers Foundation. Pucks & Pints Beerfest gen- eral admission tickets begin at$65.

A special ticket package is also available, which includes entry to the game against the Devils, early access to the Beer Garden, unlimited beer sampling and branded sampling mug. That ticket package begins at $115.

A few days later on March 19 against Buffalo, the BB&T Center will be crawling with Deadheads as they hold their eighth Grateful Dead night.

Rock music enthusiast­s and Panthers fans will be able to enjoy the pre-game concert featuring Unlimited Devotion and will also receive an exclusive Grateful Dead jersey, while supplies last. Tickets for the

Grateful Dead Night start at $41.85.

On April 4, Panther fans and yoga lovers will be able to say “namaste” to Stanley C. Panther and the rest of the crew as the BB&T Center hosts Yoga Day.

Guest will hit the mats in the Chairman’s Club for a one-hour yoga session before the Panthers take on Washington.

Admission for Yoga Day begins at $34 and will include a Yogi tank top with their ticket purchase.
