Get health care workers vaccinated

We went through so much to get our elderly the vaccine for COVID-19, especially those who live in long-term care facilities. I was really taken aback to read in the Sun Sentinel that many workers in these facilities have not been vaccinated [Many long-term care workers refused the vaccine. Now they have more infections than residents, April 10].

I would certainly think that should be a requirement to work with elderly residents in these facilities.
