Shore Regional Health offers diabetes self-help classes
EASTON — University of Maryland Shore Regional Health will offer six diabetes self-management classes in November and December at two Mid-Shore locations.
The three-session classes will provide medical information and strategies to help patients manage their diabetes for optimal wellness. Referral and advance registration are required. To register for one of the sessions or for more information, call 410822-1000, ext. 5196.
In Chestertown, two sets of classes will meet at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, Education Center, 100 Brown St.
