Roscoe girls receive number of hoop honors in 8-2A

Roscoe High School had several girls earn all-district 8-2A basketball honors, both for their work on the court and in the classroom.

Two Plowgirls garnered superlative 8-2A honors as junior Shauna McCambridge was the district codefensive MVP and sophomore Carson Greenwood was the impact player of the year. Sophomore Cameron Greenwood was first team all district while junior Jacey Rodriguez and freshman Kaidy Ornelas made the second team.

McCambridge, Ornelas, Cameron Greenwood, Carson Greenwood, Jacey Rodriguez, Mia Lavalais, Kirsten Welch and Jissel Rodriguez were all named academic all-district players. Lavalais and Welch are sophomores and Jissel Rodriguez is a freshman.
