GOLF: Round 2 leader Bern­hard Langer closed with 7-un­der 65 for a five-stroke win in the Cham­pi­ons Tour’s Oa­sis Cham­pi­onship at Boca Ra­ton. Langer to­taled a tour­na­men­trecord 19-un­der 197. Marco Daw­son (69) was sec­ond. … Phil Mick­el­son was on the brink of a fifth vic­tory in the PGA Tour’s Peb­ble Beach Pro-Am af­ter turn­ing a three-shot deficit into a three-shot lead when a wild day of weather kept him from fin­ish­ing. He will re­turn at 11 a.m. to­day to play the last two holes. The fi­nal round started an hour late be­cause of rain and was de­layed two more hours when sun gave way to a hail storm. Mick­el­son led by three over play­ing part­ner Paul Casey and Scott Stallings when play was called be­cause of dark­ness. He and Casey are the only two left to fin­ish the round.
