Marshmallow Wands

8 oz. semisweet chocolate 1 Tbsp. shortening
36 large marshmallows
12 wooden pop sticks
¹₂ cup white baking chips, melted Paste food coloring, melted
Melt chocolate and shortening; stir until smooth. Skewer three marshmallows on each stick, dip into chocolate and set on waxed paper until firm. Drizzle with melted white chips mixed with choice of food coloring paste. Makes: 12 wands.
