8 oz. semisweet chocolate 1 Tbsp. shortening

36 large marshmallo­ws

12 wooden pop sticks

¹₂ cup white baking chips, melted Paste food coloring, melted

Melt chocolate and shortening; stir until smooth. Skewer three marshmallo­ws on each stick, dip into chocolate and set on waxed paper until firm. Drizzle with melted white chips mixed with choice of food coloring paste. Makes: 12 wands.
