Ginger-kale Smoothie

Try this nu­tri­ent filled Gingerkale Smoothie that fea­tures a sprin­kle of turmeric while help­ing to pro­vide joint re­lief. Makes: 2 serv­ings

1¹ ₄ cups or­ange juice

1 tsp. lemon juice

2 cups fresh kale

1 medium ap­ple, peeled

and coarsely chopped

1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root 4 ice cubes

¹ ₈ tsp. ground cin­na­mon

¹ ₈ tsp. ground turmeric

Place all in­gre­di­ents in a blender; cover and process un­til blended. Serve immediately.
