Get Cozy

Create a comfy seat with blankets, pillows or a dog bed. The softness and familiar scent will help alleviate travel anxiety. Packing a favorite toy or two will also help keep your pooch calm and happy.

Pack Snacks

Everybody loves road snacks, especially your pup. Bring their regular food and treats along, and offer them up at roughly the same time your pet usually eats. And don’t forget a container of cool drinking water!

Take Pit Stops

Taking potty breaks is essential to avoid accidents. It’s also a good time to get your pet moving for an exercise break, which will encourage it to take a little snooze once you’re back on the road.
