1 large egg 2 tsp. honey 2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 45 to 50)
¹ ₂ tsp. salt
1¹ ₂ lbs. walleye fillets
¹ ₂ cup canola oil
Lemon wedge and minced
fresh parsley, optional 1. In a shallow bowl, beat egg; add honey. In another bowl, combine crackers and salt. Dip fish in egg mixture, then dip in crackers, turning until coated.
