Senior Editor Rachel Bernhard Seis always looks forward to the December issue. Here are a few of her favorite things this year. I literally squealed when I first saw this adorable Reindeer Cake in our photo studio. How is it possible for a dessert to be so cute? The step-by-step directions on page 80 make it easy to re-create at home, too. These Christmas Morning Sweet Rolls remind me of the ones my mom baked as our family opened presents. They have a hint of eggnog flavor. Could it get any more festive? It was a delight to interview Becky Hardin for Why I Cook. She learned to cook from her talented mom, and, boy, are we glad—becky’s contributed some of our favorite recipes!
