The talent behind the stunning Christmas Star Twisted Bread on the cover of our Taste of Home Holiday Baking magazine (below), Darlene is an equal opportunity baker. “It doesn’t matter if I’m baking a pie, bread, cookies or cake, the aroma fills the house with the most amazing scent,” she says. “You can’t get that in a spray bottle!” Darlene’s friends always rave about her perfect cookie size.
