A dehydrator works well to make these decorative fruit slices, but if you don’t have one, use this method instead:
Preheat oven to 200°. Thinly slice small oranges, lemons, limes or clementines. Place slices on a cooling rack or pizza screen in a single layer. Bake in oven until dried. To make an ornament, use a pencil or hole punch to make a hole at the top of each slice when partially dried. Thread a ribbon or string through the hole and tie a knot.
