Slow-cooker Baked Potatoes

Scrub 6 medium russet potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small bowl, mix 3 Tbsp. butter and 3 minced

garlic cloves. Rub potatoes with butter mixture. Wrap each tightly with a piece of foil. Pour 1 cup

water into a 6-qt. slow cooker; add potatoes. Cook, covered, on low until tender, 8-10 hours. Season and top as desired.
