Ash’s Sweet & Spicy Enchilada Sauce
In a saucepan; heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Whisk in 2 Tbsp.
all-purpose flour until blended. Add 3 Tbsp. chili powder, 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, 11/2 tsp. ground cumin, 11/2 tsp. paprika,
1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. garlic powder,
1 tsp. onion powder and 1/2 tsp.
pepper; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Gradually whisk in 13/4 cups vegetable broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 20 minutes. Makes 11/4 cups.
