THE FUTURE FOR AR

Techlife News - - News - by Benjamin Kerry & Gavin Lenaghan

The updates we are expecting to be announced at WWDC 2018 will hopefully be unveiled in conjunction with iOS 12. Rumors suggest the iOS 12 interface will include 3D elements, which are also hinted at in the WWDC invitation and would work to vastly improve the AR experience. Typically, Apple loves dropping hints through their invitation and the depth in this invite could equally suggest improvements to AR or a redesign for iOS 12.

These are just a handful of the most popular AR apps at the moment. We can only speculate what the future will be for these apps if Apple continues to push the limits of AR. We only have a few more months to wait before Apple unveils their latest projects and developments. We can safely say that we have only see the beginning of what we can achieve with AR.
