GORDON HACKBARTH

Gordon Frank Hackbarth, 77, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at his home. Mr. Hackbarth was born March 9, 1935, in Waupun, Wis. He was retired from Langdon Oxygen and Air Gas and he was a Christian and Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Hackbarth of Texarkana; four daughters, Kathleen Teachout of Waupun, Mary Hughes of Clarence, N.Y., Donna Bruns of Fall River, Wis., and Flora Hackbarth of New Boston, Texas; three stepsons, Ed Aulds of Texarkana, Andrew Aulds of Albany, N.Y., and Wesley Aulds of Wake Village, Texas; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. James Neff officiating. Burial will be under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.

The family will be at the Hackbarth home in Texarkana.
