Electoral college

TO THE EDITOR:

In response to George Coleman’s letter, “Wake Up America”, I think his heart is in the right place, but I’m afraid he may be fighting the wrong fight.

George advocates more people voting, but there were enough votes cast in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana to send all of our delegates to the Electoral College to vote for the Republican nominee and against Obama.

The problem is that the states up north and out west have more electoral votes than we do. So, those people get to elect the president for all of us. The whole country.
