Lady Backs fall to Pine Bluff; starters injured

PINE BLUFF, Ark—Arkansas High lost two starters in the first half and couldn't quite gel together, losing, 62-37 to Pine Bluff.

The Lady Zebra's outscored AHS 35-20 in first half. They played with that same intensity in the second half, as well.

Asia Richardson found sweet spots behind the arc, knocking down three 3-pointers and scoring a game-high 17 points for the Zebras. Jasmyn Eckermann also scored in the double digits, sinking in 11 points.

The Lady Backs were led by Jasmine Allen. She had 12 points.

Arkansas High falls to 11-11 on the year with this loss.
