Honey Grove 76, Maud 24

MAUD, Texas—Honey Grove exploded out of the locker room, outscoring Maud 32-2 in the first quarter.

Charles Sanders couldn't be contained. He lit up with scoreboard with 21 points for the Warriors.

Honey Grove held Maud to just10 points through the first three quarters.

The Warriors also won the junior varsity game, 41-29. Patrick Henry led Honey Grove with 16 points.
