Red River Cattlemen’s Association is having a fundraiser Saturday, June 6 and June 13 at Three Chicks Feed N Seed on Genoa Road (Arkansas Highway 196). Raffle tickets will be sold for several items including donations by C&C Packing Co., Agri-Labs, Texarkana Tractor, AG Power and Walmart. Proceeds will go toward the association’s scholarship fund. The Heath Green Motorcycle Awareness Fundraiser will be noon to 8 p.m. June 6. The event includes a memory ride for $10 per bike or car, vendors, live music, poker draw, a silent auction raffle, door prizes, 50/50 and more. Proceeds go to help local families of motorcycle accidents and to purchase awareness materials. First Baptist Church, Hooks, Texas, will have a chicken spaghetti fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 6 in the church’s youth center, 210 Wilder Drive in Hooks. Plates are $6 and include spaghetti, vegetable, dessert and drink. Proceeds benefit the church’s annual fireworks display slated for July 3.

Sponsorships for the upcoming Little River County Fair and Rodeo, are available from $75 to $1,000 and can include a variety of recognition including a vinyl display banner, business or individual recognized by announcer at rodeo performances, free tickets and more.
