BOWIE COUNTY INDICTMENTS

Bowie County Grand Jury recently handed down these indictments:

Roy Lee Jones, 44, address not noted, theft less than $1,500 with prior felony convictions.

Latonya Dancer, aka Latona Dancer, aka Latonia Dancer, 33, Texarkana, Texas, theft less than $1,500 with priors, two counts.

Steve Heinrich, 41, Texarkana, Ark., theft less than $1,500 with prior felony convictions, two counts.

Jermaine Moore, 36, Texarkana, Texas, theft greater than $1,500 but less than $20,000 with prior state jail felony convictions; possession of a controlled substance with prior state jail felony convictions; and attempted possession of prohibited substance in a correctional facility with prior state jail felony convictions.

Aaron Jones Jr., aka Aaron Jones, 32, theft less than $1,500 with priors; and possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram but less than 4 grams (methamphetamine) with prior felony conviction.

Jill White, 33, Texarkana, Texas, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram, methamphetamine.

Rodricus Townsend, 17, Texarkana, Texas, burglary of a building, two counts.

Teriann Van Winkle, aka Teriann McCarthy, 33, Valliant, Okla., forgery, two counts; and forgery, five counts.

Jacob Lewis, 22, Texarkana, Texas, assault on government contractor/employee, two counts.

Brian Martinez, 31, New Boston, Texas, aggravated assault, two counts.

Devan Braley, aka Devin Braley, 37, Texarkana, Texas, theft less than $1,500 with two prior state jail felony convictions.

Richard Drinkard, 47, DeKalb, Texas, theft greater than $1,500 with prior felony convictions.

Jonathan Jackson, aka David Jackson, 49, Texarkana, Texas, theft of property greater than $1,500 but less than $20,000.

Cleophus Noble, 43, Texarkana, Texas, burglary of a habitation with prior felony conviction.

Joshua Pool, 28, New Boston, Texas, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, methamphetamine.

Kimberly Elaine Mitchell, 36, New Boston, Texas, aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than 14 years, two counts; and sexual assault of a child.

Robert Flieder, 45, Wake Village, Texas, failure to comply with registration requirements.
