Baseball: The Pleasant Grove Hawks Pitching/ Catching camp will be July 6-7 at the multi-purpose facility at the Pleasant Grove High School campus. The camp will be for incoming third- through ninth-graders. The pitching camp will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The catching camp will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cost of the camp will be $50 for 1 camp, or $75 if attending both pitching and catching. The Pleasant Grove Hawks Baseball All Skills Camp will be June 15-18, for incoming 3rd-9th graders. The camp will be at Hawk Field, on the campus of the Pleasant Grove Middle School. Cost will $90. Each camper will receive a T-shirt. Third through sixth grade will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each day. Sixth through ninth grade will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. Camp forms may be picked up at the high school, middle school and intermediate campus. Also, camp forms may be found at Pleasant Grove’s Website at pgisd. net. FOOTBALL: The Texarkana Broncos Youth Football Organization will have sign-ups Saturday at Scoreboard from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Registration fee is $30 for children 5-12 and $15 for cheerleaders ages 7-12. New players/ cheerleaders should bring a copy of their birth certificate.
