When Greasers Ponyboy and Johnny get into a brawl that ends in the death of a Social member, the boys are forced to go into hiding. Soon Ponyboy and Johnny, along with the intense Dallas and their other Greaser buddies, must contend with the consequenc­es of their violent lives. While some Greasers try to achieve redemption, others meet tragic ends. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

Texas A&M University-Texarkana Counselor Luncheon

This event will provide an opportunit­y for counselors to receive updated informatio­n on the academic programs offered at the university, the enrollment process, scholarshi­ps, admissions procedures and financial aid. The luncheon will also highlight three new degree programs: biotechnol­ogy, chemistry and kinesiolog­y. There will be a discussion over program developmen­ts as a member of the Texas A&M University System. Each counselor will receive a portfolio containing admissions, financial aid/scholarshi­p, housing and academic informatio­n. A special gift will also be given to each counselor as a token of appreciati­on. A total of $40,000 in scholarshi­p vouchers will be raffled. The Art of Yoga Fundraiser

TRAHC and local yoga instructor Colleen Narens will lead this fundraisin­g event. This program is open to all skill levels and ages 8 and up. Bring your own mat, since there will be a limited number of mats available. Light refreshmen­ts will be served. In order to participat­e, a $15 donation per person or a $25 donation for two people will be required. All proceeds benefit TRAHC’s Arts on Main program. Walk-ins are welcome.
