Poverty Simulation

10 a.m. Nov. 15 Texas A&M University-Texarkana, Eagle Hall 7101 University Ave., Texarkana, Texas The Texarkana Homeless Coalition will lead this simulation to bring awareness, increase understand­ing and inspire change within a community regarding local poverty. Attendees will take on the identity of a person living in poverty and attempt to live one month in their shoes. Following the one-hour simulation, there will be a lunch and debriefing.
