The Tex-Ark Audubon

Society will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16th, in the Texarkana College library Guest speaker is Don Shipp, and all bird-lovers (and nature-lovers) are welcomed.

The Mimosa Garden Club

will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17 at the home of Jean Nailing. The program will be on herb gardening and decoupage. For information, call 903-276-5292.

Texarkana Republican

Women’s Group will hold a regular meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 20 at the Hilton Convention Center located at 4610 Cowhorn Creek Road, Texarkana, Texas. The cost of the lunch is $15.00. Sen.
