Ingredient­s:

1 cup rose petals

2 cups sugar

Directions:

Gather roses in early morning. Pull petals into several pieces and to each cupful, add two cups sugar. Mix well and pack in jars. After two months, drain off the liquid that has formed and bottle it for use in flavored drinks, whipped cream, or puddings.
