PORK ROAST

Ingredients:
1 small pork loin
3 large potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, chopped into large pieces
1 small bag baby carrots
4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 cup water
Directions: In slow cooker, combine water, garlic, and spices, and mix well. Place pork in center of cooker, add potatoes, onions and carrots. Simmer at low to medium heat for 2-3 hours, until pork is completely cooked. Serve alone or over rice.
