LEMON CAKE

Ingredient­s:

1 box yellow or lemon cake mix

1 small instant lemon pudding mix

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

4 eggs, beaten

2 cup powdered sugar

2 Tbsp. melted butter

2 Tbsp. water

1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions: In bowl, beat eggs and mix into the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water until well combined. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Mix sugar, butter, water and lemon juice to make glaze. Once cake is done, poke holes in cake with a wooden spoon. Pour glaze over cake.
