MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

Ingredient­s:

1 box butter cake mix

1/2 cup oil

3 eggs

1 can Mandarin orange slices with juice

1 medium Cool Whip

1 large package vanilla instant pudding

1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions: Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice. Pour into three round cake pans. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, let cool. Beat Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple with juice until blended. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerat­ed.
