SURPRISE CAKE

Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup cold milk
1 16-oz. can crushed pineapple
1 8-oz. container whipped cream
nuts for topping if desired
Directions: Bake the cake mix according to directions, cool. Mix the pudding mix, cream cheese and milk. Spread over cake. Spread pineapple over mixture. Spread thawed whipped cream on last. Refrigerate overnight.
