FROSTY THE SNOWMAN GUMDROP CHEWS

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 Tbsp. water

2 cups brown sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups cut up orange slices

1 1/4 cups flaked coconut

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs with water until foamy, gradually add sugar and salt, beating until light and fluffy.

Add orange pieces, coconut and pecans, one ingredient at a time, stirring well after each addition. Blend in flour to stiffen, spread in a greased 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool, cut into bars or squares. Makes four dozen bars.
