SUGAR POUND CAKE

In a cup, place a piece of butter the size of an egg. Let it get soft, but not melted. Break two eggs in the same cup and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and fill the rest of the cup with milk.

Put 1 cup of flour (sifted) and 1 cup of sugar and 1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder. Sift all togething in a mixing bowl and stil all together.

Bake at 400 degrees until done with a toothpick.
