Advertising terms & conditions

The publisher reserves the rights to revise or edit all advertising offered for publication and to reject any objectionable advertising. The Texarkana Gazette shall not be responsible for failure to publish an advertisement or for typographical errors in publication. Adjustment for errors is limited to that portion of an advertisement wherein the error occurred. Requests for adjustments must be made within seven working days after publication date upon which said error occurred.
