Phyllis E. Ogden, age 79, passed away on December 21, 2017 in a Hot Springs Ar. She was born on August 30, 1938 in Waxahachie, Texas to Jefferson Warren Green and Norma Eugenia(Abernathy) Green. She married the love of her life, Gene Ogden, on November 11, 1956. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother Jeff Green.

She is survived by her daughter, Gina Celeste Bass(Allen) and her son, Philip Tad Ogden, her grandchild­ren, Joey Magana and Vanessa C. Bass, her two sisters, Jerrie L. Bryant(Chip) of Waco, TX and JoAnn Keenan(Jim) of Pearland, TX and other loving survivors including many nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends.

She was a member of Centerfork Baptist Church in Hot Springs, AR and was a retired dental assistant. She was a loving mother and grandmothe­r and loved her family dearly. Her passion was collecting and restoring antiques. She also owned and operated antique stores in Texas and Arkansas.

The family will receive friends at the Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas chapel on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from noon until 2 pm. Service begin at 2pm with Dr. Lynn Baxter officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens.
