Letha Dolores Overmyer Mudford, 82, of Fouke, Ark., died Fri­day, Sept. 14, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Mudford was born Jan. 13, 1936, in Fouke. She was a first grade teacher with Fouke Ele­men­tary School and a Sun­day School teacher, trea­surer and mem­ber of Rocky Mound Bap­tist Church.

Sur­vivors in­clude her hus­band, Charles C. Mudford of Fouke; three daugh­ters, Dar­lene Larey of Texarkana, Ark., and Diann Brown and Joann Woch of Fouke; two sons, Cur­tis Mudford of Fouke and Steven Mudford of Texarkana; two sis­ters, Tina Cooper of Jour­dan­ton, Texas, and Rebecca Lewis of Hooks, Texas; one brother, Gary Overmyer of Texarkana; 11 grand­chil­dren; 25 great-grand­chil­dren; and a num­ber of other rel­a­tives.

Ser­vices will be 2 p.m. Tues­day at Rocky Mound Bap­tist Church with the Revs. James Hens­ley and Josh Mudford of­fi­ci­at­ing un­der di­rec­tion of East Fu­neral Home, Down­town.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mon­day at the church.

Memo­ri­als may be made to Rocky Mound Bap­tist Church or Fouke Ex-stu­dents As­so­ci­a­tion for a fu­ture schol­ar­ship in her name.
