COACH JOSH GIBSON’S

COMMENTS: “We had a chance to go in (halftime) up 35-7. That’s a big margin and statement for a Wing-T offense, with our defense helping us out. We went in 28-7, and we just needed to come out and finish. Our kids did a good job of competing on both sides.

“We had a couple of times when calls didn’t go our way. If some of those go our way, the score would’ve been different and our defense would’ve got off the field more, giving them a break. That didn’t happen, and the kids still played through it. I’m proud of them.”
