On The Border

All On The Border restaurant­s in Texas are reopening their dining rooms on Wednesday.

Decisions will be made by local CEOs on what the roll outs will look like. All dining rooms will follow all capacity requiremen­ts and social distancing protocols. The restaurant­s are also implementi­ng enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures — Corporate release.

CHRISTUS St. Michael Healthcare

Resuming a broader range of procedures and surgeries this week, consistent with the guidance provide by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. In downtown Texarkana, Texas, plans on continuing its curbside and delivery after they reopen dining area today.

Yoli’s Mexican Grill

In Wake Village, reopens dinning room today but will be staying with their delivery and take-out window for the time being.

Reggie’s Burgers, Dogs and Fries

On State Line Avenue, reopens dinning area on May 11.

Golden Lady

East 9th Street, Texarkana, Arkanas, reopens dinning area on May 11.

Caminos de Guanajuato On State Line Avenue just south of Interstate 30, reopens dinning area on May 11. Arkansas State Parks

RV camping and overnight use will be allowed for state residents beginning today. Visitor centers, retail shops and exhibits at state parks will reopen on May 15, as will cabins and lodges will be available to rent on the same date, but availabili­ty will be limited to weekdays. Campground bathhouses remain closed. Cedar Falls trail at Petit Jean Mountain State Park, the east and west summit trails at Pinnacle Mountain State Park and the Woody Plants Trail at Devil’s Den State Park remain closed.
