Texas State Parks
Will resume limited overnight camping beginning May 18. This gradual reopening of overnight reservations will be limited at all Texas State Parks to varying degrees depending on individual park occupancy in order to align with safe business practices currently followed in Texas. Some existing reservations will be honored, but to prevent overcrowding, manage continued social distancing and safeguard public health, no new reservations can be made for now. Officials will notify the public once new reservations can be booked. — The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department

Fitness Clubs
Arkansas fitness clubs have reopened under rules requiring customers to wear masks when not exercising and stay at least 12 feet from other people when they are.

Cinemark movie theaters are eyeing a mid-summer reopening, partly out of safety concerns but also because of a dearth of new releases. — Deadline.com

In Nash, Texas, has reopened.
Hopkins Icehouse
Gibson Lane location, has reopened.
Pecan Gastropub and Brewery
In downtown Texarkana, Texas, has reopened and will continue its curbside and delivery services.
Yoli’s Mexican Grill
In Wake Village, has reopened dining room but will be continuing delivery and takeout window services.
Reggie’s Burgers, Dogs and Fries
On State Line Avenue, reopens dining area on May 11.
Golden Lady
East Ninth Street, Texarkana, Arkansas, reopens dining area on May 11.
Caminos de Guanajuato
On State Line Avenue just south of Interstate 30, reopens dining area on May 11.
Arkansas State Parks
RV camping and overnight use is now being allowed for state residents. Visitor centers, retail shops and exhibits at state parks will reopen on May 15. Cabins and lodges will be available to rent on the same date, but availability will be limited to weekdays. Campground bathhouses remain closed. Cedar Falls trail at Petit Jean Mountain State Park, the east and west summit trails at Pinnacle Mountain State Park and the Woody Plants Trail at Devil’s Den State Park remain closed.

Little Rock Zoo
