DONALD DUBUISSON

Donald Dubuisson, age 71, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 29, 2020.

Donald was born, March 18, 1949, in Pass Christian, Mississippi, to Leander J. Dubuisson and Lucille Ladner Dubuisson. He was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church of Atlanta, Texas, a Vietnam veteran, and worked as a selfemployed project manager in the oil industry, travelling all over the world, until his retirement. Donald loved hunting, boating, camping, traveling, and cooking, especially “his” gumbo. His great love though was spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Timothy Dubuisson; sibilings, Rose Dubuisson, Betty Dubuisson, Louise Ladner, Charles James Dubuisson, Sr. and Clarence Dubuisson.

He is survived by his wife of forty years, Vicki Dubuisson of Atlanta, Texas; son, Brandon Dubuisson and fiance’ Sarah of Seattle, Washington; ; sister, Barbara Hayden and husband Roger of Pass Christian, Mississippi grandchildren, Presley Dubuisson of Atlanta, Texas, Michael Dubuisson of Atlanta, Texas, Elizabeth Nicholas of Dallas, Texas, Vail Dubuisson of Seattle, Washington; and a number of nephews, nieces and other relatives.

Services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, August, 1, 2020, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel, with Bro. James Wallace officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm, Friday, July 31, 2020, at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Cass County, Texas.
