HELEN IMOGENE WOODS

Helen Imogene Glass Woods, age 92, of Atlanta, Texas went to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 19, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 13, 1928 in Cass County, Texas to Will and Eva Belle Glass. Helen was a member of First Baptist Church Atlanta where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was also a charter member of the Gideon Auxiliary.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, E.B. Woods, Sr; her parents; brothers, Norris Glass, Velmer Glass, Edward Glass; and one sister, Lois Glass Haynes.

She is survived by two sons, Eddie Woods and wife Cindy of Atlanta, Texas, Mark Woods and wife Johnnie of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; one sister, Eva Ruth Glass Woods of Granbury, Texas; grandchildren, Dustin Woods and wife Tiffany of Longmont, Colorado, Ryne Woods and wife Amber of Midlothian, Texas, Ben Woods and wife Rachel of Atlanta, Texas, Blake Woods of Atlanta, Texas, Kendall Woods of Manford, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Jacob Woods, Reighlyn Woods, Evan Woods, Elijah Woods, Elizabeth Woods, Autumn Woods; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Wes Mills officiating.

Visitation will be 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 23, 2020, before the service.

Interment will be in Laws Chapel Cemetery.
